What is the God's Eye?

The seraph requires a god's eye as a sacrifice. I have never seen or heard of this yet. It comes after a legendary item sacrifice so it might be another legendary. I've been trying to reroll legendary items to find it with no luck

It's a Unique Item & probably won't be found in the Legendary drop pool.
