Apparently if you search for Baka Mitai, you can get the Galaxy Monol.
According to the wiki you get it from Da Funk Daft Punk

There's over 600,000 different titles that spawn monsters, but only something around 1200 variants of the 415 possible monster combos in the game. So there's plenty of monsters have multiple different titles that spawn them.

Shrine monsters also can have dramatically different stats depending on which title is used to get them. Galaxy Monol for instance has 6 different shrine variations according to legendcup.

Also, if the entries are that different, you may be looking at a list for the original game, which does not equate to DX. (Even the original game has differences between JP, NTSC, PAL versions).

There are a handful of overlapping things that will make the same monster because they're hard coded that way, but the disk read process is completely different from the original games.

The entire CDDB has been solved for MR2DX and can be downloaded from LegendCup.com. Avoid the fandom wiki for basically anything but pictures.

It had said it was for the DX version, I just found it hilarious that Baka Mitai gave a monster with a stat total below 100. Truly a Baka Mitai moment

You do realize that there's hundreds of Title/Artist that all point to the same monster yeah?
there's only 415 playable monsters.
There's 1218 possible variations of those 415 playable monsters.
That means of 664,909 Title/Artist entries you have an average of 545 Title/Artists that all make the same thing. (For MR1, because there are fewer monsters, it's closer to an average of 700 Title Artsts that all make the same thing)

Ah, My bad. I thought you were posting something relating to the actual subject, about discovering stuff VS the wiki, not about correlations to "CD"s and what they make.

While I can't relate to your example specifically (Not familiar with the artist), there definitely are some silly correlations to be had between some Titles/Artists and what they Shrine as... though I've become numb to this a bit, knowing exactly how the original Shrine system work, and how the new one does, that in most cases it's purely coincidence.

Also, some of the low stat monsters are sought after for tournaments, especially ones with Stat Caps, since it's easier to drop these low stats to 1, and allocate the rest of the stats where you want them ;)

Somebody on this board said Megalovania gives you a Blue Terror (Joker/Tiger). I don't know if that's true, but if it is, then the devs definitely have some fun with certain songs correlating to what you get.

You could always confirm it by referring to the list on LC, or shrining one yourself.

There's multiple "Megalovania" entries. One is a Joker/Tiger:
