The most discussed topic here are the LGBT billboards and it's pretty pathetic.
Is it seriously impossible for you to consume and enjoy media if it contains something that you disagree with? I just find it really funny that usually everyone makes fun of LGBT folk for being "sensitive" yet y'all are so sheltered that if a game has a flag in it you get so offended like damn.

You don't have to agree with the artist's message in order to enjoy the art. In the case of this game, the message isn't even shoved down your throat.. it's just billboards put alongside some memes, it's really not the end of the world. It's gotten tot he point where people are modding the game to take them out because it offends them that much. Grow up lmao

TLDR: Fast car says trans rights and manchildren are sad about it

Hahahaha...you could make an anvil out of this irony.

Guarantee those were placed to stir up more conversation of the game = more views, and it worked. These kids fell for it hook, line, sinker. Congrats to the developers lol.

I honestly find it fitting to the 80s/90s vibe that ACAB and LGBTQ+ references are included. It's by no means edgy, but it carries that sort of anti-authority attitude and going against the status quo thing that was hip and cool

Trans rights are human rights.

The fact that it makes the incels foam at the mouth and has anti-cop sentiment made this an immediate must-have for me.

Everyone should have the ability to mod their games after they buy them. I think people should have a right to do with software they own whatever they want. I also wish some folks would do things a bit quieter? Like, sure mod out the flags if you want but do you have to scream about it?

I have to mod out shaders in games all the time and make custom color settings in my graphics card settings because of my colorblindness that acts up with them but I don't complain to the devs about it or scream, "the devs are insensitive to people like me!" because my eye sight problems are rare and I don't expect a problem in less than 1% of the population to be addressed in any game let alone a random small 1 dev team indie game. Maybe this is a bad example due to how rare it is vs how common these folks who yell about things are.

The point I am trying to make is, if you're offended, disturbed, or whatever else and the problem is easily fixable by you (or someone else with more skills to fix your problem) then just... Do it and move on? I suppose? Maybe I just don't fully understand the mindset of a crusader.

actually you should. complaining about lack of accessibility is something completely different. having colorblind accessibility is a thing in games, whether its bunch of presets or lets you do fine grain tuning

If my problem was something more common, like I was wheelchair bound and this was a business I wanted to access and they had no ramp well... I suppose I could complain about that (also that's illegal in many places).

I'm not gonna complain to this dev I cannot see parts of his game because it is actually super likely I am the only person in the entire world who will get this game and have this problem as it is that rare. No common color blind settings will help me here but this game looks like it miiiight pass? I have likeness blindness, a weird problem where if colors are too similar to each other I cannot tell them apart, it all blurs into a single shade.

This is why I prefer extremely bright, clashing colors, purple and green, pink and black, etc. This game is very colorful so I might be able to get through it. Also, on the topic of pride flags, ironically a lot of them I cannot properly see as some of them use extremely similar colors to close to each other. Light pink and white are basically the same color to me.

That's a completely legitimate and good reason to have a complaint about textures and colors. Being triggered into a screaming man-child rage because certain biological conditions exist is not though, and that's what some of them are doing. One of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ even compared gay and trans people to STDs.

Sorta. It's just so rare though so I never expect it to have options. I can count on one hand the games that have options for it and I think that is because the creators of said games also suffer from said colorblindness.

I've never seen more sensitive snowflakes crying for a safespace than gamers when they see a trans flag. Trans Rights.

It's a nice flag. I like the color scheme.

Meh, as a lgbt person, not a fan of this, but I'll buy the game cause it looks cool. May even try to mod that stuff away
