Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque

İstatistiklere Bak:
Just a message of support, if a stressful one
Sorry I haven't purchased this yet. My computer is junk and my bank account is not great.
I am Jewish, I do not recognise The State of Israel, and think while the backstory for this game made me dizzy to read, it really just gave me some perspective.

Sometimes the bad guys are like me in some ways. That SUUUUCKS. They suck, they make it easy for people to conflate that place with Jews in general.
I stopped going to my home synagogue when they started parroting some insane propaganda that made no sense whatsoever (you can't bomb tunnels! That doesn't work!)
They also said some racist ish after an incident in some other state. "Our anti-racism committee is trying to balance inclusivity and safety." ...So it's the "amount of racism" committee??? Yeah, no. F that S.

This does not at all look like "shoot some Jews". This looks like "shoot armed agents of an oppressive regime."
And the gameplay looks like my jam!
I'm gonna get a Steam Deck in time.

...some of the reviews made me cringe (hard to tell a criticism of the IDF from a dog whistle), but I don't think any I saw were against TOS, and... it's not like it's unexpected.
Giving the benefit of the doubt.

Free Palestine, war sucks, lach l'shalom.

Hello my friend!

Yes, my game Fursan al-Aqsa is not a message of hatred against jewish religion, there is not even any references of jewish religion in this game.

We muslims are taught to respect other religions, it is from our etiquette of good manners, to be respectful for other people.

Think on my game as a mockery against all the mainstream media portrayal of Arabs and Muslims in movies and games where the "BAD ASS USA Super Hero" kills "Arabistan" Terrorists.

Read this review here and you will understand what is my game about:
https://www.hookedgamers.com/pc/fursan_al-aqsa_the_knights_of_the_al-aqsa_mosque/review/article-2330.html

About buying my game, yes, it runs on Steam Deck with some small issues on the HUD, which I can not solve because I don't own a Steam Deck for testing my game.

But I always give discount for my game on the Steam Sales, both season sales and weekly sales, at least once a month my game receives from 30 up to 50% OFF so you can wait the next sale for buying it. It is actualy discounted now until next monday, for the Game Devs of Color Expo Event.

I also hope that this war ends and people can live in peace in Palestine, because war is not a video game, real people die and suffer too much...

Assalamu Alaykum!

I have nothing but love for Islam and Muslim. I can only think of two Muslim that weren't really kind and friendly. They were just annoying young guys, being young guys. Every 24yo thinks they know more than everyone else.
It was mainly just a chance to say that I appreciate what you are doing here. This already made me feel something.

The proper (if one follows Hallacha) way for a Jew to deal with any other religion is "You do you."

...and some people seem to be buying this for a different reason than the intent.
You are not responsible for those who purchase your product!
There are Fallout fans who think that Fallout is pro-capitalist, which is even more idiotic, but yeah.
People whoosh media all the time.

and I could never get with games that do that. "This is making me uncomfortable and is lazy."
If they want cartoonish evil, just use Nazis. Nazis hated almost everyone, so everyone can enjoy making them go splat.

...but the IDF are a nice step down...

I really hate war. I have no idea how peace will come, but Gd willing, it will be soon.

I would be slightly more coherent, but I'm very stressed about something I'm writing.

(but this game looks badass)
