Super headshots glitch

The super headshots aren't registering for me. The game registers like 80% of them as normal headshots, even though i activate slow mo and then headshot. I don't get it.

I also don't get how you're supposed to get knife kills. What button brings out the knife? Is it just stealth kills? Stealth kills are hard since all the enemies notice you from the beginning.

You need to wait 20 seconds after performing the first super headshot for this counter to reset.

I already added a super headshots counter time for the next update to make things easier. Every time you make a super headshot, you need to wait 20 seconds to perform the next one.

On the pause menu there are some gameplay instructions. The knife kills is triggered by pressing "V" key from behind the enemy.

There is a trick, which is to shoot the ground close to the enemie's feet, so they will run away just like cowards (as zionists are), then you run away behind him just like a lion hunting his prey, and gotcha! Press "V" key and voila, you stabbed a Zionist (Fatality)
