22nd Failure to finish

So through all the patches I start a new game and on every occasion there is always something that stops me from being able to finish the game. 22 new game starts in total and not once have I been able to finish the game. Including this new patch. You say you tested it but this can't be true. Start a new game, go to the end of the island where the car is, disassemble the car, its yields nothing but a cooling unit. Go to light house island, disassemble that car, same result. This is a game finish fail automatic from start of new game. Without the valve that drops from the one car you cannot finish the airplane. So tell us again how you tested it first. I call B.S...............

Starting a new game is not needed. You can play a hundred times and the outcome will be the same.

There are 3 valves you can find in the game without breaking cars. 1 is on the top of the arch on Lighthouse Island. I is on top of the ruins in the lagoon at Shark Lagoon island. The last one floats to the surface when diving for the treasure at the tree sticking out of the ocean, which is next to Multi Island.

Ok I have to apologize for the 22 game restarts insult thing. I have brain damage from a Major ischemic stoke. I sometimes forget how to talk to people. I absolutely love this game more then I can explain in words. I built the home of my dreams on beach front property complete with luxurious gardens a boat house and elaborate docking and no neighbors. I go sailing whenever I want. Sitting on my third floor balcony watching the sunrise sipping coconut brandy I brewed myself eating barbecue sea chicken and doing bong hits is my idea of paradise baby. It's crazy I know its just a game but yet it isn't to me. It is my addiction now. I can't wait to see what else you can do with this........But now I feel stupid after seeing you and Darketomaly's response. I had no idea a valve floated up from the tree after getting relic on car. Can't believe I missed that. Now i have a reason to start number 23. I appreciate that. I was going to anyway. But........Let me stop before I start rambling and my Dain Bramage starts showing pun intended. Love Ya Mean it. I'm gonna go play now.

The reason I was complaining is because the game has never allowed me to finish it by flying away in all my restarts which always ended up glitching in some way that wouldn't allow it and I would get frustrated and restart again thinking it was a matter of getting it to start out correctly like those glitches with the cassette tapes earlier on in the release before patched hence the number of restarts. I just wanted to finish the game. I don't walk away until the jobs done sir.....That doesn't mean I'm done playing once completed. I'll start another new game see what else I can do different or better. Lucky for me I have a recent new save a couple days old that only requires one valve to complete the plane and allow me to finally get that game ending satisfaction knowing I did everything available quest and treasure wise. So thanks for the valve location info i needed to complete the game. No telling how long it would have taken me to accidentally come across that valve coming up by the tree that sticks out of the water. Wow I feel stupid now. I was sure it was another glitch. I learned something today. That's the important thing. A very sincere thank you and again I apologize for the attitude and ignorance. You've been very patient with me and I appreciate that. Fan for life. Game on dude. I'm gonna go play now.

Darketomaly The game has never allowed me to finish by flying away in those 22 restarts so I didn't know how it ended. Hence the complaint. But I'm good now finally. Thanks. Oh and I learned my lesson. I should have have just asked you I realize this now. I totally forgot you were different and would actually respond. Again I have to say I have brain damage. That's no joke. That parts for real. Had to learn to communicate all over again. But don't hold that against me. I'm getting better every day. I was one of the lucky ones. Thank God. Love the game. Can't wait to see what you do with it in the future. I'll complain politely and in a proper formal fashion in the future. I promise.

I am so happy I was able to help you out. If the car's weren't glitched right now the valve situation would not be a problem. We all get frustrated at times with the game. Very sorry to hear what you have to deal with. I hope this game is all that you want/need it to be! I love this game so much and have so much content on it. Take care.

What to do when cars are bugged, unlucky no shark repellent blueprint (I've found everything but) risk it anyway by killing two sharks and rushing to retrieve the sunken treasure......only to have no valve surface????
This game can be soooooo frustrating!!!!

Perhaps some more redundancies for crucial items could be placed until the bugs are sorted out? This game is addictive and beautiful, but I cannot finish. Its the only part I need. Everything else is done.

I have a feeling that the valve no longer floats to the surface. They changed the physics of the items when they are in the water and if they shouldn't float, ie: metal they don't. I will check this out and see if I can confirm my suspicions and make a shorts video on it.

The Dev's are aware of the problem of cars not dropping required materials, so we can get the valve, as well as the animals only dropping 1 item, feather, meat etc. They are looking at putting at a small patch to fix the issue soon, but not ETA yet.

Only thing I've had a car drop is a coolant unit. No metal scrap, no glass, just a single reward, and it takes almost two full hammers to do it (maybe have some upgraded hammers....(hint hint).
