Searching the Radio Tower Notes is driving me crazy!

The search for the radio tower notes is just completely crazy. I've been looking for these notes for 10 hours now in the second save game, the first time I only found 2 numbers out of a total of 6, after about 12 hours of searching. Today I found 4 notes after about 9 hours... it just ruins the fun of the game completely, where the hell are these notes supposed to be, why are they stuck so unrealistically to wet rocks, for example?

Why aren't the notes in places like skeletons, airplanes and other places that are points of interest? That's exactly where you'd expect to find such notes?! Instead you're disappointed not to see anything there. I'm so incredibly frustrated right now, these notes are driving me crazy! Do they spawn one after the other in a sequence after you've picked up the previous one? Rumor has it that the last note above a cave only appears once you've found the previous 5 notes...

I'm giving up on the game for today, completely frustrated. I have nothing against challenging games, in fact I prefer them, but this simply has nothing to do with a challenge anymore, it's just exhausting and robs me of any motivation to continue playing the game... Does anyone feel my rant the same way I do?

@Developer Team, please comment on what you were thinking when you implemented it this way?

I feel the same way, im missing the last note, got 5 Numbers, but i cant find the last note, been looking for it, for two days now :-/

I found 2 notes, and already gave up after 3-4 hours searching and 5-6 attempts to run around islands. just can't seem to find the notes.

people who have been able to find all the notes - were any of them located in the interior of an island (like lying around in the vegetation) or were they all mostly on the periphery near the water? I've found four and i've been all over all the islands and can't find the last two. being able to narrow it down some would be appreciated.

yep.. ive found notes in the vegetation on the ground.. by luck. just menacing to thing i have to mow the grass to find them all..

My Radio Tower Notes are 100%, but i have only 5 numbers too. The last 2 Pages of the Journal are the same. I think it's a bug.

The Devs should place the Notes on 100% Fixed Places, and in every Note you it must be possible to read where the next note is, also reduce them to max. 4 or 5 Notes, and the Islands more far away are only for next Quests like building the Plane etc.

Driving around the entire World for random Notes is exhausting. Remember the Item-Place Videos about The Forest on YouTube, there is a Reason why they are so Popular in the Days.

yeah I've restarted 4-5 already and have yet to find all of the RT notes. most recent game I found all but one, but that last one isn't at any of the spawn points I'm aware of. I'm not going to run around examining every square inch of these islands to find the last one. I know yt streamers have apparently found them all, so its at least possible, but rn its just way too frustrating to bother with. the devs really need to give us at least a general sense of where to look for the next note in the text of the previous one imho. I'm done with it for now until they clarify things in a future update.

I have spent all day looking for the last 2 notes. I found one of them, but was surprise attacked by a jaguar before I couid save. When I restarted the game I went to the location where I found the note, and it wasn't there anymore. I got so frustrated I turned off the game :-/
