How do you use the fertilizer bag

At the moment I can make fertiliser only through the compost box and use the shovel to move it to my plants.

I've also made a fertiliser bag but have no idea how to use it and what it does.

What and how do I use the fertiliser bag?

Also what can I do with manune.

Manure can be used as recipe for fertilizer. To use the fertilizer, you can scoop it into the farming patch just as you scoop compost from the compost bin. Keep it mind that the fertilizer bag is just a recipe for the actual fertilizer, it's just the container.

I have the same question. I tired using the prep table with the bag and manure no luck. Im still stuck on how to even use the prep table itself smh.

The Fertiliser Bag is the Potato Sack used as an ingredient in making the Mulch recipe (learnt from a blueprint)

The Dev has it called it two different things in different places. :/

I think the Prep table is for making spices to add to food, but it seems bugged atm. When I use it I get teleported far into the ocean underwater then i get killed by sharks!!! :(

The fertilizer bag is a placeable object like the compost bin and works the same way.
The 'potato sack' it calls for is the fertilizer bag in the farming tab.
I don't know if it is any better than the compost bin though, and it cost more resources to build.
