Blueprints; How many?

I have been trying to find the bonemeal mulch and the other mulch, the other pestiside and I can't find the extension belt. I can't find the ones I know exist, like the repellent that was just introduced. I HAVE been on ALL (and I mean ALL) over the islands and can't find specific blueprints at all, not even in the ocean edge where the sharks linger.... waiting...

Blueprint extension belt. Look for island with lighthouse. Go arround rock,, on the beach. Look for cave. Inside you will find blueprints.

they are randomly generated on all the island, they aren't at all in the same place people claim. Not always.

oh yeah totally, no problem my dude! But yeah, everything doesn't spawn in the same place, they will bounce around, which is why I'm wondering if I missed any or if it is they aren't in the game anymore for a reason.

As of 0.1.41, there are 36 different blueprints with 49 different possible spawn points.
