Since new patch pirate ship has no items to gather and all sharks are floating dead?
It would appear the last patch has broken the sunken pirate ship. I have watched youtubers gather a bottle and other items but these are now nowhere to be found, the whole ship is empty of things to collect, and all the guard sharks are floating dead and cannot be harvested. Also the sunken submarine has nothing. This might be normal but I though people said there were clues etc there. If that is so then these also are missing. Sadly this game has become a great disappointment and with these last patch mistakes I wounder if the devs really know what they are doing.

I feel you, I just scoured the priate ship and found nothing but a half broken lock that I destroyed and a skeleton with nothing on him. I just ended up drowning myself so I didn't waste the shark repellent that I had.
However I do know that each new game sets everything in a semi-random location, and have heard that even though one player could find a bottle in the pirate ship, doesn't mean that all players are going to find a bottle in the pirate ship. That's my only benefit of the doubt I'm going to give them.
My biggest issues with the game is not having the raft roofs be high enough and every time I want to cook something, I forget that my player stands up when I hold my backpack open and it just makes the raft do a bunch of weird flips, which also loses all my items in my box. Can we get box lids at the very least devs? Please? If we're able to build the boxes, we should be able to build a lid.

You'll lose them anyway in rough seas. I even put fences around it. Didn't help. Keep it in your bag or in a ghost image. If it's one of the relics I found that putting it on a table or better still on top of the roof works pretty well. You'll still have to babysit it so when it flies off you can grab it and put it back before it goes into the ocean buts it's more reliable.
