Issue Eating and Drinking From Backpack

Hi devs,
I'm having an issue eating and drinking from the backpack, or from the ground. I can see the prompt to press E to perform the action, but pressing or holding the assigned key does not work. I have unistalled and reinstalled the game, I have tried Windowed and Full Screen modes, I have tested different screen resolutions, and I have also tried different save files. I'm not too sure what's going on, or what to do to fix it. Do you have any suggestions?

yeah I couldnt get to the next step of the tutorial as I can not drink the coconut. Gave up on the game basically 5 mins in lol

I got it to work. Just had to restart the game for the third time!!!

I have had items behind the food but still highlighted behind the backpack actually be eaten while leaving the food. Had glass, and a bottle with a note disappear, even a log. I have reported that as a bug. I don't think it should be possible for anything behind the backpack to be selected.

Yes, this is a known glitch. It comes in handy when you've little food. Hover over a palm frond and highlight a coconut. You'll consume the palm frond conserving the coconut.

I have also been suffering a rash.every.time.I.step.outside. Even when in a canopy of trees I get a rash. What is up with that? You would think jumping into the salt water would cleanse you, but no, getting a rash. I can see sunburn, but rashes? I have even had both aloe AND a bandage on, and right after they finish working, bamm, rash time again. This is getting silly.

This game is trash. Doesn't work. What it says to do on screen doesn't work so your just starve to death within 10 mins if each start. Not playing this crap
