HELP THE GAM WINDOW IS TOO SMALL

I open bbcr to play and the window is too small, when y get to the options menu I CANT SCROLL PAST THE CONTROL SETTINGS HOW DO I CHANGE THIS PLEASE HELP

press and hold 'Alt' for 5 seconds on either the launcher screen (if enabled) or the Basically, Games! screen, that should reset graphics
