I think it could give a quick theory. Its possibly a random gift in party mode or the vending machine

Or this theory which im sticking on to is that you have to complete the game to unlock these items so that the Easter eggs are accessible and the basement even though i have not reached it seems like its an end game area to reach

well even though someone found out i also found out (again) and it was real hard for someone who never played baldi basic plus. im also not sure who found this out 1st but i guess ill say gg to them when i do find them. So all you do is play demo mode until you reach 7 math machines. Don't go to the exit as you will completely ruin it and have to start over. When completing your 7th math machines head to all 6 classrooms you have been to and complete the bonus question.I never knew this existed but it's actually quite fun. You still need avoid baldi as he is still in his final speed which is challenging when your out of stamina I recommend a BSODA And 2 Zesty Bars or 1 Zesty Bar and a Swinging door lock. Complete all 6 bonus questions and you get the legendary item its self THE PORTAL POSTER. but the thing is that then you have to run all away to the room with the basement ladder. And that's still no easy challenge due to baldi or you ran out of your items. So it is best to plan out a quick layout of how would you get to baldi basement without all this hassle. I recommend leaving the room for last but if you have other plans go for it. Anyways thats my research. Hope you make it into the basement. Best luck
