I'm locked in here. Since it auto-save, it continues where it left off with the same error. Is there a solution? Why does it happen?
I'm playing on the lowest settings with the hardware below. I finished the game without any problems. But this is the first time I encountered the error in the video.

16GB is the minimum requirement for system memory to run Riven. It's surprising you got it to start with only 8. Many people (with only 8GB) report not being able to start it at all.

Don't believe them, my friend. This means it is played at low settings. The screenshot is attached (if you don't believe it). I thought I would share the moment I experienced.

No belief or disbelief involved. Getting stuck in the first place is very likely due to your under spec system not being able to load parts of the game fast enough.

You can choose to contact Support for help getting 'unlocked' where you're stuck if you choose.
