And the “heart” is the vertically swimming fish. I don’t think there is a “tree” symbol, I presume you meant the animal FROM the tree ;)
The one by the tree out on the promontory just shows flowers in the trees.
I can see something high up on the wall round the back of the sunner's beach but can't see detail and can't capture it when moving on the cable car as it moves too quick.

Ah, yeah, that's a bit of environmental puzzling, something that Cyan is pretty great at. It's one of those things that will make you smack your forehead when you figure it out. Keep at it. If you're still stuck after a while, come back and read the spoiler below. But I recommend trying to get it yourself.
hint: Youre right that the reason it's not lining up is because you CANT get the correct angle to make it line up. There's literally nowhere you can stand to make it line up. So what other options do you have?
solution: Use the diverter to stop the water's surface from being disturbed by the fountain, and then look down into the reflection of the water's surface to see the correct alignment.
The other ones you listed are all environmental puzzles too, and require you to either think outside the box or keep looking until you find a different vantage point.
