Broken game after today's patch
Game won't start after today's patch. It's stuck at loading screen. Tried to reinstall, it didn't help.

Yup, same. Tried disabling anything with an overlay, which is the first of two listed steps before bug reporting, but I can't be fussed doing a clean boot to check for conflicts before putting a report in.
