Feels like almost every one have missed a game in this category, which is called Seek & Destroy. It was released in 1993 on the Amiga, 1994 on CD32 and 1996 on DOS. This is a game guys in this forum needs to play. (emulators are easy to set up).

ZeeWolf and SWIV3D were other 90's isometric chopper games, well these two were 3D but the viewing angle was isometric. The only two games I considered worthy adversaries to the Strike series.

SWIV 3D would be one seriously weird name as SWIV stands for Silk Worm In Vertical. :)

Silkworm 3D would be a more proper title.
