Trouble with the injections mini game

It's the first time I encounter the mini game for giving injections and honestly, the mini game explanation couldn't be worse: "Use A to find the best place to insert the needle." What IS the best place? Come on! How can I reach an A rating in this mini game? Whatever I do, all I get is a B rating, even with easy mini game mode on ._. Help, please?

I have no idea either, are we supposed to aim for the red bumps, are we supposed the avoid the blue....a bit more explanation please.

I only did it once so this may be not accurate.

Choose the section with blood vessel closest to the skin.
Inject the red section.
Get the plunger to the line, inject pass the line is better than not passing the line.

Bumping the unclarity problem statement in this minigame.
I've tried multiple times aiming the vessels of both colours and haven't succeded in achieving "A" as well.
Although, I've seen in another discussion that there's an "Easy minigame mode" switcher in the settings. Haven't tested it yet but definitely worth a try I'd say.

Best would be having another look into the game, after you have downloaded the latest version of the game. Since release, we have implemented 4 patches, including as many reported issues, feedback, and more from the community, among others also more guidance in events and alike.
