Achievements just broke?

So I was slowly working my way through all of the achievements... until they broke. They are no longer working after I complete a mission. I got a brand new PC in the process, so All of the files got reset to basic. They ever going to fix this or just screw us for buying an older game?

Sorry for the bump, but I have the same problem a long ago, maybe this answer could help some people.

I have noticed that when loading a game directly from the main menu, the achievements are not counted.

What has worked for me is, from the main menu, select "Play Campaign > Great Campaign" and load the game from the option there. Then they do count.

Yeah, it has to be in grand campaign. It says so in the achievement if you read the description. Unfortunately, the scenario select does not count.

It looks like it is still broken. I am playing the grand campaign and just completed Nekhen with it set to the 'had challenge' mode.

I managed to get the Bubastis achievement yesterday. The only thing I can really remember doing differently is I had left Steam open on the library page of Children of the Nile on my other screen.
Also, when the level completed, I didn't click "Proceed" immediately as I was distracted by Twitch. When I looked again, the achievement had been marked as done.

I'm not sure if this is of any help or if they are even related, but I thought I would share.

So I wanted to test this out and I realised that, when I wanted to launch the game, I couldn't see any achievements that are available because I had family view activated. After I deactivated family view, launched and replayed the first quest, Nekhen. Upon completion, I got the achievement, so I think it's mainly: keep Steam open and switch off family view.

I had the same problem.
I took the Grand Campaign.
I got the Steam success about Nekhen.
I tried to get the success for Nubt. Unfortunately, I got no success tough I finished the mission.

What must I do ?

I have just completed Nubt and I did not get the achievement, either. I have done everything I did previously to get the 'Easy' game achievements to no avail.

I completed Pi-Ramesse in the Grand Campaign and got the achievement of Grand Campaign but not Pi-Ramesse. Tries to relaod a save, but it won't give me the achievement.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this without playing the whole scenario again?

I am stuck with Nubt and Shede achievements. Playing the scenario doesn't grant them, so the only thing I can think of is to replay the campaign level.

If you are lucky, you have a save game in which to just restart. If you are like me, I have to replay the campaign to get back to those levels.

I'll be going through the moderate campaign to get to Nubt first, so hopefully it works this time.

I've also experienced an issue with not receiving the achievement for Bubastis whilst playing through Grand Campaign. My achievement for Nekhen has come through successfully and the only thing I can think of that was done differently was using the Replay option whilst in the game to restart Bubastis.

Has anyone else noticed whether this has occurred for them after selecting Replay?

Same problem. Replayed Henen-Nesu, didnt got achivement. Don't replay scenarios if you are reading this. (Sorry for necro, had this issue after losing 20h of progress...)
