Softlock talking to Casino patrons in Act 1

I saw there was a known issue with softlocks when clicking too quickly, but I didn't think I had clicked more than once from what I can remember. Just walking around talking to people. On the right side of the casino car I talked to the woman in green at the poker table, but both her and the woman in red on the right started talking at the same time, once they finished I was softlocked.

I had the same thing in chapter 2, I couldn't open the pause menu either and had to force close the game.
