Act 2, missing perfumed letter

I'm stuck. I need to make coctail, I've made horn with mouthwash, I gave petals to bartender and that's. I tried everything I can think of.
Walkthrough says, that I need to give bartender perfumed letter, but I gave it to bodyguard with allergy at act 1, and he took it away. Did he dropped it and I didn't recovered it? Is it bug? Maybe walkthrough outdated?

yes it is a bug,i start new and take the letter first, i think in the first act

it was the only bug i have,you will brew it :-) The game is amazing trust me :-)

Yea. At -70% after all bugs is fixed. I ain't paying full price for this bug-ridden fiasco of a game. I went through forums, many people have issues with this game. Do you know how dev typically replies?

for 17,99 it is okay when the game have 1 or 2 bugs when it released,i think now the bug is away

It's supposed to stay in your inventory after giving it to the guard. There were a few times I thought I was missing something but it was actually on another inventory row. The UI to see additional rows is awful, two tiny arrows that blend into the background.

If that doesn't help then sounds like you ran into a bug. Hopefully the dev will be able to fix it in the future but I get wanting to refund it rather than wait.

Heeey thanks, I found the perfumed letter, I didn't notice that you can "scroll" through the inventory before your post!
