I downloaded it but how do I add it to the game because it still doesn't show up?

Extract the files and there should be a folder with 3 .dat files, go to the folder of where you installed the game and just drag the 3 files into the game folder, if it asks to overwrite anything just accept. Then just run the game, the h scenes will be near the end.
