Its about releasing unfinished games you douchebag
We decided to push the premiere to the next year. We know you're waiting eagerly to play it, but here's the thing: we want to make the best game we can, and that takes time. We want it to be polished.
You would have to know way before that the game wont be released on time if there was still a lot to do. but you not even mentioning it before this post, and to make the blow softer you decided to post this news with a Demo release. Honestly I think you just did not work on the game, which i dont mind. but atleast you should be upfront about it. Sucks to always have developers think Its okay not to hold them self to their word..
Dont get me wrong love your game, will definitely buy it when it comes off if good. but false promises should honestly die out in gaming, and as the person above me has mentioned, the least you can do for your fans is be transparent.
Also doesn't bother me that the release date has moved just a month, what bothers me is you being more shady then your game.
Not a good start, also if your game flops. You can kiss your fans goodbye because this is how you treat them.
