"Easy Mode" without enemies (police, gangs, thughs etc.)

Will there be an option in DDS 2 to deactivate police, enemy gangs and thugs so that you just can build your business in a relaxed manner?

I would have liked this feature in DDS 1 already, but I can understand the point of view that it would have eliminated a large part of the game content and challenge.

The demo and devlogs promise that DDS 2 will be much more expansive in terms of side activities and ways to spend your money. Therefore, there should be enough to do for players like me who are more interested in relaxed trading and experimenting with the various devices and substances than combat and maximum challenge.
