Been a while since I played DDS2. Havent been playing since the release of official game, then got stuck at some quests. Now that I have more free time I tried playing again...and my key binding screen is empty, apply button is frozen..and I simply cant get any key re-mapping. Any solutions or help will be much appreciated

1. You can delete file with settings -> C:\Users\[yourUsername]\AppData\Local\DrugDealerSimulator2\Saved\SaveGames -> UserSettings.sav
2. Verify integrity of the Steam files,
3. Reinstall the game,
4. Open settings
Click apply
Exit settings
Reopen settings
Do you see it? You can now change the settings/keybinds.
