Where can I find bomb parts?

In the various shops & shacks around the islands. Make a shopping list and cross em off as you get em.
Note, some items will need to be unpacked.

i guess he means the bomb parts for the quest, not building his own. There are plenty of Youtube Videos where to find these and radio parts. Try Google ;)

My bad, didn't realise there was another bomb to make. Perhaps the op should've made this clear from the start.

I make a homemade bomb but when I take it to the boat it doesn't accept it.for duty

you need another item called bomb parts. You can find them in storage in the military base. as i said: google it and you will find some youtube videos
