He says that he'll give your banker friend the money, meaning Billy, but I've spoken to him before starting that mission and after delivering the rations, he didn't have the money. I think you have to buy the warehouse, do the quests related to it, and then you get paid, but I've not got that far because I can't be bothered with it, so I don't know what the reward is or if they give you the money back.

ong and after i decided to suck it up and buy it your told to get them TONS of ♥♥♥♥ for FREE Just for something to BOom and titles. an thats the game crazy

you have to fund the warehouse purchase yourself, an no you don't get it back. To be honest, its not even worth the time/missions. A massive grind, like literally days (irl) for no reward other than end credits :(

the mission/questline feels like dev's added it just for something end game to drag out gameplay forever.
