So far it's still completely useless, not able to place anything(besides Slavs stashes, dealer locker or any other furniture also a no no. But for whatever reason, container for substance could be placed down though)

It is for some reason treated as outdoor space. You can put for example outdoor drier in there.

You can also put dealer cabinets there by pushing them against wall. There is spot where you can place them and they clip into wall a bit

damn how long does it take to try everything and every corner lol
I hope the dev will look into it and maybe do something to do in future patches, or just tell me that is by design unusable.

Just enter, turn right and start moving the cabinet to the wall. Should go green when you move it steadily forward.
