game wont install, disk write error

when i was trying to install the latest update, the process couldnt be completed it says disk write error. ive tried restarting steam & PC, clearing download caches, repair game library, verify integrity, disabling firewalls, steam launch administrator options but issue remains. so i tried reinstalling the game. but now the game cant even be completely installed bcs of the same issue, disk write error. please help

edit: it seems that this file DrugDealerSimulator2-Win64-Shipping cant be written to the game folder in steamapps

how do i fix it?

turn off third party antivirus (their pretty unnecessary unless your doing sketchy ♥♥♥♥ (somewhat opinion)
or add the game to your ignore/allow list
then verify game file integrity or reinstall

id imagine u have Avast, - uninstall the game, re intstall it , disable avast for for however long, boot the game. should work
