Pharma in the peninsular northern area im pretty sure. I even think the meth store as well. im not fully migrated west yet. sure there are more spots.

Moonshiner also sells it, also I recommend taking the acetic acid you get from cough syrup production. Otherwise, I also would say that using vinegar separation is a fantastic way to get acetic acid, probably the most efficient
