you have to buy seeds at the outdoor weed shop and then a seed box. seeds from the seed box u put in pot (plant racks etc)

Outdoor grow boxes...the little wooden square boxes, seeds are bought in Slavs Bay only if the shop is unlocked for you. I also recommend that you buy the grow box so you can also get more seeds for free from male plants and way more product from female plants.

you buy it from equipment seller that kira introduces and the one introduce you to that sativa grower. the one told you to stole equipment. and you need to lvl up the store first too.
