Cant find Marco in Prison.

So I did Kira's mission to go into Prison without knowing what to do. Did my chores and got out.
Now I cannot find Marco anywhere.
1. I have spoken with the dude that sells the coke leaves. Cant remember what he said but hes not talking to me anymore.
2. Found the coke lab. There is no one there.
3. Went back to Prison. Delivered several cigs and got a new worker from La Ganzua.

I read that Marco should be in the 1st cabin next to the Medic tent, but hes not there, only possible customers.

Can anyone please explain if I have to do something more? I have the same problem in 2 different saves now... :(

I found Marco in one of the barracks on the coast side of the camp sat in a corner on the floor. Took me a while to find him, I didn't see him at first.

The next question will be how do you get back in the prison?

You can pay a women to smuggle you back in, it costs B75,000 (bank money).

She's located west of the damaged bridge you have to repair in Slav's Bay way up on a ledge. If you go at night there's a big bonfire with smoke you follow that and she's standing next to the fire

I spoke with the women and this time the guy was not even there :D

You can just walk into and out of the prison from either the west by the rocks or the north east corner of the fence

that's not marco. he is in the top right corner of the room, and if i'm not wrong he is three house to the left of cigar guy.

I just found him in the barracks to the right of the Medical Tent sitting on the floor in the back on the right

i found a guy sitting on the floor in the barracks.. but he wouldnt speak to me.. i checked every building every person, even killed a bunch of people.. collected hundreds of labor cards...

but i may have messed up by sneaking back into prison instead of paying to get smuggled in..

this all started when i went to find the coke lab. i found the lab, but didnt have 4 mil on me. so i tell the guy "ill be back" then i get notified that i failed to find marco... so i guess it has to be done before finding the coke lab. so i alt+f4 and go back, to find marco first. but this dude is literally nowhere
