Prison camp

So I did the quest to infiltrate the prison camp. Went in stupidly with 600+k money along with other gear. I break out of prison and... where's all my stuff? Is it gone permanently? Warning would've been nice.

Strange. Must be a bug then. I still have on the prison clothes and nothing else. Going to have to use backup i guess.

yeah Idk don't think it's a bug because they took everything from me as well didn't look into it as it made sense to me back then losing everything on me as I enter the prison. is there backup saves in the files?

You should be able to select a save from sometime before when you load in from the main menu

yeah I always do that but it's like 2 or 3 mins before. I thought there's a file where's backup saves with more time before.

Yeah was a dumb mistake on my part. But when the quest said infiltrate idk i thought maybe i'd be sneaking in and out or something. As long as it's not drugs you should be able to get your stuff back when you serve your time at least. It's a shame because the last save outside of camp was a lot of progress ago... oh well thanks guys

all good mate it happens. you can choose the day before save file if it's okay with you to re-do what ever you did after that.

all good mate it happens. you can choose the day before save file if it's okay with you to re-do what ever you did after that.

Actually good news, I went back one save which was still in the prison camp but prior to me breaking out. This time i worked the time off, laundry and cooking. Once i got enough tickets i gave it to the guard and paid my way out. Fortunately i had all my stuff still. So it seems if you break out you loose what you had but if you get out (legally) you keep everything. Makes sense lol
