when i want to set an employee to distributor it says ,,dealer needs to be placed on a
terrain spot" what can i do???????

before you can put him to a Distributor you have to place the Dealer on a Place where the Shoes hang. As Tip use the Middle mouse button to find.

Go to a question mark on the map. Look for shoes hanging on the power lines above. Use your enviro sense (middle mouse button), hold down space bar and add the dealer to the spot. Then add clients, and use dead drops to supply the dealer and he will sell to those clients.
