How can I produce poppy?

You can grow them in outdoor growboxes with poppy seeds. Seeds can be purchased in opium shop located on the small northern island North of Archipelago or can be made at DIY bench if you have poppy heads. Poppy heads can be bought or picked on the West edge of the Pirate King island (Volcano City I think it is called in that area). Hope this helps.

It's not worth growing poppy. Just buy packets of poppy seeds from the mini marts. Buy as many as you can afford to and produce poppy milk from them.

Don't listen to this guy. Simple math:

20g of Poppy Seeds refined into milk = 6g of Poppy Milk, yep just 6g.
10g of Poppy Seeds Planted, grown into Poppy Heads, and then refined into milk = 125g of Poppy Milk

It is absolutely worth it to plant them.

you dont need alot of growboxes either....i setup 5 extras with my weed growing hideout and thats been plenty enough to supply me atm

I was using 12 grow boxes for poppy alone. Could make around 12kg of milk. Which turned into Morphine or Opium. So yes it is very worth growing poppy.

Morphine is further refined opium. 3 more steps I think.
