It is a new item if you look under the Collection section when in furniture mode. Something like small and large supply caches. The large is like $350k and they generate passive income. Hope that helps.

I bought hiding places from almost every part of the Slavic Gulf, but I could not place the items you mentioned in any of them. It says that you can place them in the hiding places in the west of the bay, but I could not find where is the west.

Not in Slav Bay in the cities to the west so the capital and dueno.
