I did the rations mission, I'm on the next one which is to make medicare packages, and plant a GPS tracker for the CIA, but I don't know what you get for it. I assumed that since it was for a Mexican cartel, they'd give you loads of product or money for the supplies, but I don't think I received anything for shipping the rations.
I don't know what we get if we finish the rest of the quest. There must be a big reward for completing it because otherwise it's completely pointless. I'm hoping they deliver millions of dollars worth of product because you can spend a lot of money yourself just buying the supplies needed to make the packages.
Yes and such a questline has nothing to search in a drug simulator, it's just boring to craft or search those things.
Even no desire to play that questline.
Yeah, I have to admit, I'm not a fan of having to collect all of these supplies. It wouldn't be so bad if it was like 100 or 200 packages, but 800 is too much, especially since a lot of the supplies you have to gather are hard to find. I think they want you to do it three times with combat rations, medicare packages and military supplies (so bombs and things like that).
I honestly think that storyline should have been about providing the rebels with weaponry. You sell cocaine to the CIA for weaponry which is delivered to the rebels in exchange for coca leaves and you sell cocaine to the cartel in exchange for money.
You don't have to choose which side to take until the very end where you have to decide whether you want to become a proper member of the cartel, become an undercover CIA asset, or carry on as an independent drug dealer where you sell to both sides.
It could have been a really interesting storyline, something akin to Snowfall meets Narcos.
Open Cheatengine select process dds2 searchoption all valuables (default 4byte) write the number you bought. (F.e. 30 rations) type 30 and search. Wait a bit. Ingame after all searched Strg-right mouse to do a halfening so 15/15. type now 15 and search with „next“. do this for 3-4 times and you will have maybe 5 addresses that have your current value (from million adresses) edit the value to 800. go ingame close the inventory. Open the inventory and voila.
Second way. Download wemod program select DDs2 put the rations on first slot in inventory. Edit amount first slot with trainer. Close and open again. Voila
Just from the top of my head
30 at the military store in Durto Del Mar
30 at the shady guy by the meth seller/Pedro's house in Jungle
30 at the shady guy by the Pirate King's boat on Volcano Island
40 at the hardware store in Bahia de Oro's downtown
30 at the shady guy by the pawnshop in Bahia de Oro's favela
But to be honest, i don't know if i'm going to do that mission and finish the game. Got every influencers to lvl 4, I'm getting millions every in game day, i'm stock piling so much drugs from my different labs and really the only thing left for me is to refresh my labs, drop drugs when needed and let cash pile up.
I feel like the Cartel part should've been introduced earlier in the game, as a small subplot so the high number of items to ship for the cartel isn't so jarring at the end of the game where it just becomes a wall of boring quests. By starting it early, by end game the players could've unlocked the cartel as a client to ship out drugs to the states for a higher price, basically ending the game with the player making unlimitted money and roll credit.
