can someone help me with search for coca leafs dealer? is it even possible to find the merchant before buying the lab?

coca leaf dealer questline should come after you buy the lab. Hes near Rabin, on the coast, on the Volcano island.

theres a dealer for coca leaf in paraiso peninsula all the way south by the water wit will cost about 1mill to upgrade him and get him to sell u the leaves and it takes 1 day from them to come

Yeah, hes cheaper once hes upgraded(1 Upgrade 500k), then you get 300 leafs for 210k, bu the coca leaf dealer, atleast for me has a stock of 8000 leafs for a total of 5mil. So you do the match.

I did that one, even bought the upgrade and after the first delivery he just reset for some reason. Upgade gone and he wants me to pay the fee again for his "research" etc. :(

This is bugged for me...paid for first delivery got notification the following day to say to pick up but the pallet is empty so can't use him ,I have to buy from distributor ,hope they fix it cus jp's easier to get to . I bought the cottage on the beach just south of the distributor hoping to fast travel there then jump in boat across to him but of course the cottage has no parking spot....they should put in info if properly has a parking spot ,I did same with property near the coke lab
