Why only 3 Player Coop?

Could you please work on a coop mode that have more than 3 player max? I dont get it why every game only have a 3 player coop and not 4, 5 or 6 player

I haven't had an issue. My friend made his and then invited us by just hitting escape and invite. It sends it through steam, but he's not inviting us through steam, if that makes sense.

I just figured out that the limit is 3 people instead of 8 like characters available to be selected in menu and what was my disappointment when I realized it.. Is there any information about expanding this to more players? We have a whole crew of 4-6 people who’d like to play together..

I am not a developer on the game but I have a very solid theory as to why its 3.

3 players means that choosing what to do via "vote" never comes back 50/50, there's always going to be a popular sway because of the uneven number.

I'm also rather confident that the games balancing / challenge does not scale with more players so if you had 8 people you could blast through the game waaayyyy easier.

It's coop, not online farming for glory in leaderboards. As many teams we're playing as 4-5 and expecting same here. We were waiting for DDS2 just for play coop exactly but as a team we're playing most times. This is huge dissapointment for us right now to choose who can play... So we don't care about loosing difficulty level. We're awared of faster game exploring but still want playing as a team we meant to. There's no leaderboard. If Your playstyle is to do challenges - play alone. We're expecting chillin teamwork.

bro there was a mod for that search it on nexus mods, you can play whit 100 players jajajaja
