Phenethylamine Location :)!

For everyone looking for the recipe its on Slav island to the south just north of Billys mansion on the coast you'll find a Warehouse named "LARGE Phenethylamine Warehouse" you'll need bolt cutters and night time to break in. once in if you don't have a keycard you'll set a alarm off so be quick the recipe is in the filing cabinet inside :)! enjoy!

-edit just wanted to let you guys know as well ALL the Warehouses reset every day. so you can hit the warehouse every night to get a good stock of Phenethylamine building up. later on after leveling up the Pharmacist also sells a couple bottles a day as well.

From Billy's street, go to the main road and follow the right part. on the right side u will see it any time. (behind a storage which u can buy)

found it and entered the warehouse, i entered from the back and found 1 file cabinet in there, it said new recipe unlocked, but can't see it in the journal.. are there more cabinets or am i just unlucky atm ;D

for me it just says currently unavailable
