where is the recipe for Cacao extraction?

The recipe for extraction of cacao and chocolate bars was in the large warehouse near the clothing/furniture store (https://prnt.sc/5pBmWF9DBgsw(See red X))
in the Demo.
maybe its because i clicked the table in the warehouse before unlocking amp.
i cant click it again, and the recipe isnt unlocked in the chemistry table.

I got it from the warehouse on slav island north of Billy (purple heart dude). it was called mysterious warehouse for me. It was a table I got it from, went back to my hideout and the recipe was unlocked in the chemistry table. I can't remember exactly which one it was, I'm pretty sure it was that big one; https://imgur.com/a/7AwzFdF

i saw the dev said it gets unlocked further in the story. but ive reached beyond the prison camp mission. so im thinking im past the unlock point of amphetemine stuff.
