Talk to the moonshiner about Meth [guide]

I know a lot of you guys have a problem with the bugged quest.
But here is what i did, even if the quest is still "open"

I talked to the guy in the hardware store and asked him about the aceton
after that he guided me to the moonshine guy. i think after this point i was able to buy from him.

even if the quest said talk about the meth i could find the recipe here at the meth store next to Diego Herrera

after you got the recipe you can start cooking, you just need to buy the right equipment

cooking is done in two steps:
1. cook your methamphetamine compound (you can use for example a electric pressure cooker, i prefere the laboratory water bath)
2. Use the Laboratory oven to finish your meth (I am not sure if there is a lower tier)

Move with the story further, when you unlock more in Slavs territory you will have access to lab grade items.

As of yet I've only unlocked 2 places, from meth store near pedro and in a large warehouse on peninsula next to slavs.

Use laboratory Water bath to make ephedrine compound you need 10g off Ephedrine ( that you can buy in any store) + 8g off Ammonia ( you can but at any farmacy) OR 18g off Soda (buy for any supermarket)

You can also get it from the warehouse in jungle where you can also get the recipe for meth

I talked to the guy in the store, right next to the jungle warehouse. after it, the moonshiner wanted to talk with me. hope that helps.
