I also know that it is possible to extract it from cocoa, but there is no recipe anywhere.

I have in Jurnal the recept for Extraktion of Phenylethylamin! I have Cacao in Substance Storrage but when i go to the chemistry table there was only one recept für extraktion of acetic acid but not for Phenylethylamin!

Same for the recipe for meth! I have 2 missions to talk to him but when I'm there he doesn't want to talk to me! So why do I get 2 missions?

There's like 3-4 quests each time that makes you loose focus on this: you are clueless! take it slow with QUESTS and go explore, discovers places/shops/specialist store, bosses, etc.. then one after another all will come togheter and make more sens.

I noticed you can ignore quests and find you self ahead of the quests.. only once other stuff (dialogue with npc ASK A QUESTION, territory Rep, side/new quests) is done, you unlock access to npcs and clear info of where to find chemicals etc..

I think it's bugged or something, I had the same, only the kitchen stove showed it, but not the chemistry table.

I guess, quiting and reloading, or further unlocks debugs it or refreshes it.

You can find the recipe in the mysterious wharehouse located in the slav bay near the mechanic shop your gonna need boltcutters,lockpicks, and keycard to turn off the alarm (if u want to its not needed if you dont causes instant wanted lvl). there is a desk in the wharehouse when u click on the desk it will say new recipes found. then you can go to your chem table or use other extraction equipment to use the recipe
