How to unlock recipe for methamphetamine [warning: spoilers]

So this ♥♥♥♥ took me way to long to figure out but here is the spoiler for those like me feel frustrated and cant find the answer...

1. Make sure you have reputation lvl 1 with Pedro in Callejon.
2. You will get a voice message from Pedro and Marcus, Marcus will send you on the way to the moonshine guy while pedro gives you an off-topic quest.
3. You will get a new question tag "Ethanol" which you have to ask in 4 places.
4. Ask the jungle boss
5. Ask the dog dude in the warehouse next to the Jungle boss.
6. Ask the hardware shopkeeper
7. Finally go to the pawn shop in the jungle and ask the pawn shopkeeper about ethanol too.
8. Visit the moonshiner (bring 69.000 dollars)
9. Talk to his a-hole nephew aka "warehouse guard" (bring 6 beers in order to complete it)
10. After the a-hole gets his beers you can enter the warehouse next to him. On a shelf there is a stack of books. This is the moonshine recipe.

Edit: If you still cant do the quest after all this, then try getting jungle to rep lvl 1 too. I already had it when I got Callejon to rep 1 so that might solve it.

Dog dude is also best source of ethanol and the warehouse holds a random amount of different substances that can be usefull but none of them are hard to get the normal way / buying them but if you don't care about the rep loss then go crazy.

After completing the quest it will still tell you to go talk to the moonshiner. This is a bug but doesn't affect you at all. You can now cook meth

The warehouse above him is just an ordinary bandit hideout. You can access all of them during night time if you have the right tools needed to "break in"

1. Переходим на Локацию джунгли
2. Базарим с боссом этой локи
3. Он выдаст квест, поговорить с варщиком мета
4. Напротив Боса сидит варщик, у него красный значок на карте
5. Варщик направит к Самогонщику, у него тоже красная метка на карте, он лысы с бородой, продаёт много этанола.
6. У варщика в домике ещë есть рецепт на доп крафт мета (эпенифрин или как то так) , но мет вы ещë не скрафтите
7. Самогонщик направит к пацану, он сидит за стойкой у склада. Склад находится недалеко, но не рядом с самогонщиком на горе (в складе на горе багованные сундуки, лучше туда не лезть) . Если квеста нет, то развития диалога с пацаном не будет.
8. Говорим с пацаном, он попросит 6 бутылок пива, в баре рядом на 1 лвл бара будет только 5 бутылок пива, так что 1 нужно будет принести.
9. Заходим на склад. Там стол со стопкой книг и 2 ящика.
10. Забираем бумаги и лут из ящиков (обязательно вытащите эпенифрин и магневую кислоту или как то так).

Рецепт готов
Эпенифрин(возможно я ошибаюсь с названием) выглядит как зелёная жижа. Его можно достать из сиропа для кашля или из травы. Траву можно найти у бабки на болоте, она сидит в сарае и на 1 лвл продаёт 5 шт. А это всего 5*5=25 гр вещества.
