Sofa dead drop not working

I have assigned the worker to the bunker and saying he has no stock but I got to the sofa dead drop to put product in but there is no button for me to press to open the menu?

You have to press middle mouse button to "see it"

For me, I press f at the couch and select the package but it won't let me click confirm. Not sure how I can supply the guy if it won't let me proceed to confirm the drop.

Yeah, its confusing. You need to click on portret of dealer and then you can click confirm

I'm running into a similar problem, but I can't select a profile.

First, be sure you're in the same area as where your dealer is, like if they are in Small Island, you need to be in Small Island. Then, use your "dealer sense" (middle-mouse button) to detect the nearby dead drops. Yes, this is REQUIRED. Even if you know something IS a dead drop, you need to do it. Once you've done it, press F to open the interface. Drag what you want to give your dealer to the center of the screen, select the dealer's portrait at the bottom center of your screen, then click confirm. If you do not see the dealer there, either you're in the wrong area, or you haven't assigned a locker to them.
