There's an early mission that sends you to a pawn shop, they're green store markers on the map. Pawn shops have a shelf you interact with that acts like a bank account.

Okay, seems like it was my mistake - you need to get the money with you and put it into your Vault wealth. You can find it in any pawn shop

This took me too long to figure out. Don't skip steps. You have to deposit money in the Pawn Shop.

When I go to the pawn shop with the 300k and try to deposit the money by talking to them and it just does an error sound that usually plays when you can't do something. Nothing happens, I can't deposit the 300k and no message is shown in the top right.

Yeah i think the Introductions need to be a little more in depth... i needed longer than i thought to find out about depositing at a PAWN shop too... which is kinda odd i guess..

Around the pawn shop owner (usually through a door inside the pawn shop to the right of the owner) are shelves you can interact with then drag your money in to deposit it (or once deposited you can withdrawal). Electric bills etc. come from this vault wealth too. Hope that helps!

So here is the actual answer. Once you see the early mission to go to the furniture store go to it. After you complete that mission go directly north a few hundred yards across a small bridge and left at the street and you'll see the pawn shop. As others said go inside, tell the shop owner you want to deposit money and he'll tell you to put it in the cage. I was stuck on this forever because the pawn shop mission never came up and I was getting tired of running around and all other missions were done and all I needed to do was buy a hideout to continue even after I unlocked how to get an employee, locker, etc. Now I can continue the friggin game. Hope that helps.

I've brought 400k. Didn't buy ANYTHING, except for 23k hideout, which was bough by cache.
And when I came to pawn... I've got only 261k... Where the hell that much money gone?

your employee take a cut of what they sell, i think dealer take 15% and they take that money from the bank, also i doubt the hideout was only 23k,

The cheapest hideout in the game is worth B190.000 - it is a house on the beach on the south-west part of Archipelago region. But I would rather recommend buying the cottage worth B230.000 on the south east part of Archipelago - it is the best hideout till the late mid game.
Also money from your wealth account are spend (beside of buying hideouts) on:
1. Paying your hideouts bills (electricity etc.) - it happen everyday around 7:00 AM.
2. Paying influencer's cut from all your sells. Each influencer has tax on the product you are selling in his region (usually around 20% - you will be able to negotiate that percentage later on) so whenever you sell some drugs 20% of the transaction value is being taken directly from your wealth account.
3. Paying using checks in markets (there is an option to do that).

Thanks. That was definitely 230k hideout at sout-east of Archipelago. It's near Lazlo.
Influencer tax from wealth wasn't obvious in any case.
I've already thought that it's about laundring money like is DDS1...
