Hi, there is co-op!

When starting a new game, click on the checkbox “allow joining” to make sure that your
gameplay session will allow inviting additional players. You can invite your friends to the game as early as during the character selection menu - by clicking on the “Invite” button next to their nickname. Hello Alyss, the issue seems to be that the game do not join the Coop game, at least for me and in both direction (My wife try to join me, and I try to join her, neither are working.)

Try invite your friends directly from friendslist

Yeah, like Odda said, try inviting from friendlist and let me know if it helped you :)

I am having the same issue. I click play option from invite and it doesn't join a game. If game isn't running, it only launches the game. No multiplayer connection established.

When creating/loading a session, you must select "Allow Join" and then invite players either from the character selection menu or while in-game from the pause menu by clicking the invite button next to the player's nickname.

Same problem here. 3days ago when we started the game everything went fine. Now we cant play together even if we try to start a new game. After trying to join a friend ist just load main menu again.
Both are online in Steam, game is not privat or hidden, steam overlay is activated and we tried to reinstall and verify game data. Nothing helps. Cant even invite friends via overlay.
Cant be a steam problem bc it works fine with other games.

Cant be a steam problem bc it works fine with other games.

There was an issues with Steam's Peer-To-Peer system.
