My Review so far, Sadly Disappointing

Unfortunately I have given up on this game and will be looking at waiting for a long time post release. Which is a shame after putting a few hundred hours into the first game I was really looking forward to it and now have lost all enthusiasm for this new game. In short

The game does very little to explain how anything works and the progression just feels rushed compared to the first game

The graphics are too over processed and ends up looking worse for it, everything looks muddy and blurry.

The UI is horrendous and not intuitive with everything being way to small and hard to see
Inventory management is needlessly complex and yet somehow offers fewer options for organisation than the first game. Setting up and organising your lab and product was a great feature previously, which has now been replaced with a system that is arguably worse.

The new system for creating drugs again seems needlessly complex and was handled better in the first game. Ordering your drugs from the cartel and then striking out on your own later thematically makes more sense.

Vehicles seem pointless and are little more than a gimmick

The lack of tech in this game also is a shame, Shadycom was a more informative and better way of handling deliveries. As of yet I see no way to influence or set your own price or check my influence or reputation in any given area.

The ghetto was a much better setting for this kind of game, giving much better atmosphere and stealth game play. The map this time is somehow larger and yet more featureless. The urban jungle of the traps lead to you learning the alleyways to outsmart the police, Dealing at night trying to avoid police patrols was most of the fun and challenge in the last game. Leading on to...

The police, or gangs or any sort of adversary? Where are they?
The police were a constant threat in the first game, now all we seem to have is some guy who hangs out on the beach in a balaclava that you just walk around?
