[Bug] Game stuck on Ghost Bird puzzle

I ran into a bug that's keeping me from completing the Ghost Bird quest. Not sure if this has been replicated elsewhere, but it happened to me multiple times at the same spot. After aligning the dots in the puzzle for the third time, the game wouldn't let me change or click on any of the dialogue options (stuck on "(Sarcastic) Sure. Yeah, very funny.") or pull up any menu. I had to Alt-F4 each time. I'm hoping this is user error on my end as I'm pretty sure we need Ghost Bird to get to 30 and finish the game.

The bug at that location is highly reproducible, and I ended up in the same situation.
For now, I think you can select with the arrow keys on your keyboard. Use the Enter key to confirm. You can't click.
