Cooling
What is the point of increasing a car's cooling? What effects and impact does it have?

Engine Cooling - reduces the wear of engine parts. The game also claims it affects Fuel Efficiency, but if so, it's not to a big degree.

Brake Cooling - this one is important. There is a balance going between your Brake Cooling and the other stats of the car. If your car gets too powerful and the Cooling is neglected, the drivers will start doing more lock ups and spins. The Control stat of a driver can compensate bad Brake Cooling to some degree, but even drivers with 100 Control will start making constant errors if the Cooling lacks far too much. So it's a constant balancing. You have to invest in the two Cooling facilities and bring some extra Suspensions alongside the Front Wings in order for the Cooling to keep up with the other car improvements.
